Our site needs to be in the top 10 for a key word. We are willing to pay well but are looking for someone to be paid on a performance basis. Payment will be made one the site is in the top 10 in Google for at least 2 weeks consistently for just one specific key word. The site is going to need quality link building from sites with PR and themed. Any Black hat will not be tolerated. Link building campaigns need to be white hat only and links must be permanent.

Small Site needs to be Migrated
I have a very small website (under 50 mb) that needs to be migrated from 1 server to another. Most, if not all files have been transferred over, there are just a few code adjustments to be made to get it working. (im assuming a few path problems?)
