The position would require the ability to write job descriptions based upon the needs of the projects, access candidates through existing relationships or postings, choose candidates upon their qualifications, and evaluate and monitor the the chosen candidates work and productivity on an ongoing basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience with time line management, email data gathering/organizing, bulk email dissemination, all forms of marketing and advertising email strategies related to push advertising and the related technologies (HTML design, ad copy, email technologies and all SPAM and related push email information. This person should be fluent in the language used within the development and implementation process of such procedures, as well as the ability to report and notate the information in common speak to their reporting person within the hiring company.

OUTGOING SMTP SERVER
1. SMTP HOST

3. USERNAME

INCOMING POP3 SERVER

s format or .txt format. I have access to a shared server with PHPList with a limitation to send only 500 messages per 30 minutes. I want this process to be programmable and automated. I do not wish to pay another website to use their smtp servers, too expensive for this quantity.
