Zip Radius Search needed with Joomla/Community Builder site

I have a website which has registered users in which each user has their own profile page. I use Joomla and Community Builder with the CB Subs extensions. I have several hundred users currently on the site. There is a search feature built into Community Builder which can search the various fields on the user profiles. I currently allow people to search by first name, city, state, or zip code. The problem is this is an exact match search.
I would like someone to create a search module to allow a user to search by name, city, state OR a zip code radius search, and then be able to display the users within that radius on the normal search results page.

re the user zip code to the school zip code in miles. A text box for the user's starting zip will be needed as well.
The site will be copied by me to a new server and the winning bidder will have to edit some of the paths (only in the config files) so that this 'development' site will work.
Once the customer has approved the changes the modified files will have to be copied to the production server.

correctly. If a user purchases a "premium ad," and completes payment through Paypal, nothing else happens. In other words, they pay, and then there is no link back to place a premium ad. When they return to the site, they are brought back to the screen asking them to complete the transaction. The payment is not linked to anything.
Please provide pricing to fix both of these issues, and also how much it would be to fix each one separately.

PHP SQL Dreamweaver - Zipcode Radius Search
Need to add a zipcode radius search function to a directory site. Search page and Results page are already built but need to enhance search results to provide not only direct zipcode matches but also all zipcode matches within 25 miles. SQL database used for storage of all records and results page needs to pull from there.

Zip code radius search - - PHP, MySQL

Integrate custom search results with wordpress theme design

I need a zip code search based on city that will allow user to search for a zip code and select value to insert into the "Zip Code" field in a web form. The search would pop up in a thickbox/lightbox window (can use jquery if needed) and after finding the zip code, selecting it would insert the value into the form field.
