PhP Site Basic Editing / Programming / rebuild / admin panel

Need some help getting my website back up with revisions and edits.
Need basic Admin Panel and PhP fix: I had a really simple website design that
worked very well selling software, and now I would like to use the same design/php
pages to sell my physical products (i.e. customer orders via site, details are emailed
to fullfilment company using paypal transaction). The main difference is that I do not need
automatic downloading features anymore and I want to use the lastest in Paypal cart/shipping interface.
Some of the features I used in the previous site are no longer needed.
The site is already designed, no need to redesign:
I have the files already, the completed index.html in HTML format, images and several
premade pages to use to edit/update/create and/or make the site work again.
You must have PhP talents, MySql and HTML skills to tackle this project.
The guy who created the original did it in 5 days including revisions. I'm providing
all that raw material to make my project work which should make your job easy.
Final features included in this rebuild:
1. Products searchable by keyword or phrase, provides search results page on the fly.
2. Archives data: product number, image large,
image small, detail page data, price, link
to details page, category of design(up to 2 categories per product,
design shows in both categories), alt="text" input, keywords, links
to paypal sales button with data.
3. Ability to add, edit, delete products, add keywords,
upload images, etc, all using the admin control panel.
4. Admin Panel ability to add, edit, delete categories,
menu items, and edit raw HTML pages.
5. Organizes categories and creates category pages on the fly.
6. Special Offer page is just another category, uses 2nd category assignment
feature to assign some shirts to this category.
7. On every "see details" product description page, ability to:
a) email the image to any email address, b) share on Facebook,
c) update on twitter.
8. Detail views, and display pages maintain intercorrellation between
positions (product number and category position). For example: each page
created on the fly, has a navigation link that shows the "next" or "last" or
"previous" image in that category or on that page, like the INDEX page.
9. Uses the latest Paypal shopping features to guarentee payment,
estimates shipping charges, adds shipping to order, shopping cart,
customers can add multiple items in cart, emails final sale details
to customer (order details and thank you) and complete order details
to admin/assigned company to create and drop ship entire order to customer
(helpful info: http://allwebco-templates.com/support/S_paypal_shipping.htm).
10. All pages must be simple, clean, evenly spaced, work well, and look professional.
I have a small budget for this project and if you win this bid I will use you to
do feature upgrades and improvements in the future.

I want the google adsense or adbrite advertisements and I want to modify the codes easily with the admin panel

Fix Bugs/ Errors On Codelighter Php Website
nel. I can already back-up the cpanel and mysql db via the cpanel anyway.
11. the "go back" button on various pages takes the person back just one previous page however I want it where when someone clicks the "go back" button it goes to the account page after it saves.
