We are seeking a person that can help us design a new enclosure for our product.
This project is to design an electronics enclosure that will house our circuit boards. The enclosure will be in two parts and mate together around a connector. The box will have space for 2-3 LED's and a mini-USB port.
There are currently many enclosures like this readily available on the market but we are seeking a new design that will give our product a different look and feel then the existing products available.
This product will be done in 4 steps
1. Complete conceptual design. This is basically a drawing and information about how the enclosure is going to look. This may take several revisions to come up with something that is unique.
2. Produce engineering drawings of the enclosure.
3. Produce a prototype
4. Assist us with setting up manufacturing of the product.
The dimensions of the enclosure is approximately 40mm wide / 60mm long / 20mm tall
Please bid the amount for the complete project but PM me with a break down of what each step will cost. Please also include images or links to other products you have designed. Since I have never done a project like this before I really do not know how much something like this will cost so please bid honestly and disregard the project size stated in the listing.

Electronics and Software for USB LED Product
2 x AAA rechargeable batteries or coin cell batteries since we are trying to keep the product as small as possible.
If the applicant is able to design the housing for the PCB assembly & batteries, that's a plus, but not required.
