Auto download from ftp upload to http script.

I want a script that monitors an FTP for new folders, and as soon as one is present (and complete) it will download automatically. After the download is complete, it will be necessary to delete 2 files from the complete download. After this, the file needs to be RAR'd with the filename of the folder just downloaded, then uploaded to RapidShare.com, before being posted onto a forum with the rapidshare link to the upload.
The server it will be running on is
Windows Server 2003
Intel Xeon CPU E5506 @ 2.13GHz
30gb hdd
768mb RAM.

At mine site i have option for FTP upload.
But i want to setup something that user will get a username and password for direct ftp upload.
They must upload the files direct from ftp client to the server.

I am looking for someone to make me a simple FTP upload script. I would like the script to connect to my FTP server and be able to upload files then return download links. It needs to support uploads up to 2GB, and allow about 150 files or more at once to be uploaded.

It takes me 3-4 minutes each to upload with high speed cable.I will give you files and FTP login info.
Again, just looking for an upload. No installs, trouble shooting, db setup, etc.
Job must not take longer than 1 day! Easy job, I just don't have time right now.

Simple Php File Upload / File Manager Script

need to also be able to rename/delete/copy/move, ect. basically functions similar to a FTP program.
Needs to be very small and compact (file size) and in one file with no images (use css).
Has to be flexible so I can upload it to any website directory and it will work without having to modify anything in the code.

Rutorrent Auto Download And Uploader
So, I'd like a script that is client side of ruTorrent 3.0 web interface. I want a script that I can run on Ubuntu (My computer), and have it watch an rss feed of one private torrent tracker, download the .torrent, upload it to ruTorrent web interface, once the torrent has downloaded, have it create a new torrent and upload that torrent to another torrent tracker. This should all be down via HTTP commands.
