Summary:
You will be taking DATA ( text and pictures) form the live www.janeojewels.com site
Products total will be around 75% of the 1200 products we have on the website at present, so around 500- 700 products.
STEP 1:
a)) Prepare an excel spread sheet for all products to be uploaded with all data taken from the janeojewels.com website, with fields for data we will give you.
This is the biggest part of the job: we want to Review the Data and Edit it / improve it.
Once You submit excel ( per category of products at a time) , we will review and edit and submit it back to you.
NOTE: you will prepare the excel MANUALLY and data taken form the website.
b) You will select the Amazon Browser NODES at this stage and enter on Excel for us to review.
There will be a ‘’BRANCH NODE’’ for main category and ‘’ LEFT NODE’’ for product Categories.
It is vital you understand selecting correct Amazon Browser Nodes to describe the product correctly!

2) You will upload the products to Amazon; ensuring the following:
a) Products uploaded into created Main and Sub categories in Amazon store.
( we will undertake the work at Excels stage so each excel is a separate product category; a section at a time is uploaded)

Sub category: Bridal Jewelry, Bridesmaids and Favors; etc etc
b) There is a need to crop the FIRST / PRIMARY picture to 160 x 160 pixels as this is a vital element ! We want the primary pic to be cropped to correct pixels and a artistic look so as to attract the buyer to enter the product page.
WE have allowed an extra $ 50 .00 to the budget on top for this work.
Picks should look like example below in the link for the phones store.
(JOB: just cropping from existing picks we have, no Photoshop work etc)
