Edit flash screensaver - add more random animations

Hi,
Pls see screensaver attached which was incomplete by previous designer.
1. We need to add "dots" to each country as per PSD file. Basically, each country has a dot to show client has worked there.
2. i want to add these dots in the map but smaller (compared to the PSD) and glowing as the screensaver looks a little empty now.
3. and there can be smaller planes flying between them randomly. these planes can fly without slowing down. so because they are smaller won't take away attention from the current ones.
Please revert with costing and timeline.

Edit Flash and add logo
logo will need to be changed, so you will need some graphic design. You need to replace the "pen" with the new logo design. (just change the color to black and keep the yellow background from the flash)

f the menu links are clicked. I do not want the movie to refresh...I only want it to refresh if you click on "home". I obtained a template which has a flash header on it. I dont know flash. It has 5 links tabs for such things as about us etc but needs to have 5 clickable links inserted, to link these tabs to my pages. the company name and slogan also needs to be changed. the rest of the template is in html. the html part has a space for username and pw login. I would like to have a un and pw login that can access a protected directory.

Dynamic Flash Expert Required
Main job need to be done on the flash is as follow.
1. remove flash player add logo and contact information.
2. change the menu make it into 2 parts.
3. add twitter button and add a counter for youtube video.
Only these three things need to be done.
Remember you'll get the Fla and you just need to make the customization job.
So i am not looking for a high end bid.
Make it as low as possible.
