15 seconds FLASH animation required for tv screen

Hi,
I am looking for a creative, competent and interesting flash programmer who can quickly deliver simple animated adverts for a 32 inch screen, the adverts will be simple where the words will animate over the image in a creative and exciting manner in order to keep the viewer interested.
This could be a long term contract as my client will need to create new adverts on a regular basis as new clients want to advertise. Each animation will need to be 20 - 30 seconds long and keep the audience captivated with the text and animations.
What I will do is provide a simple website to you and I will need a advert generated from the information , colours, theme and wordings that are on the website.
The budget for the job is $ 30 for each advert, but remember that the scope for earning is massive depending on how quick it can be delivered.
The first advert is for http://www.selectrec.com/ I am interesting to hear you comments on how you would promote this site and if you feel to you can create me a demo, if I do like it I will pay for the winning advert, however if there are more than 1 good flash developer that come up, then I will take them all.

Flash Animator required for small video
st. The 3 animations required would be used to display the 1. static logo, 2. a 10 second intro clip and a 3. 5 second transition clip.

Flash Animation for Screensaver
lash animation built for a client. We were then going to convert the SWF into a screensaver for them. However on receiving the animation back I noticed that it was very jerky. The tweens on the imported images do not move smoothly. After speaking with the freelancer, he said this was because Flash doesn't like tweening bitmap images, which might be the case, but is not acceptable.
Can someone get this animation running smoothly?

Animation required for a client. The animation will be for their new logo and the silhouette of the woman. Ideally what they want is to have the logo with some sort of "bling" - sparkles. The small silhouette of the woman should have a slivery metallic look with the hair of the woman blowing and getting bigger. The metallic shine moves within the silhouette.
