Priority Assignment: Flash Interface in AS3, Short Deadline!

We are looking for a skilled and FAST Flash designer, who can make a Flash interface in actionscript 3. The interface should be exactly like this example (which is in AS2):

The link is to our magazine, but we don't have the source code of the interface, which was developed by one of our partners. We need to rewrite the interface in AS3 due to technical reasons. You can find the swf file of the interface in the attachment.
The bidding will continue for only one day and the interface should be build in 2-4 days.
Please only respond if you're sure you can handle the deadline and deliver the demanded high quality. Also please reply with some actionscript 3 examples you've made. Please only show us your best technical work! Because of the short period, communication is very important, so good English communication skills are necessary.
Good work is very likely to result in long term partnerships. We are going to release 4 new issues of this magazine next year.

Drag and Drop interface in Flash AS2
, only the first 10 would be enabled, the remaining 20 would be disabled. You wouldn't be able to enable another image until an existing enabled button was disabled (hope that makes sense).
Finally, once the images have been organised, clicking a button will output the chosen list of image names in the correct order.
I have managed to find examples of a couple of drag and drop fla's which might be useful reference for starting points which I can supply.

Flash interface build required
s simply a case of bolting it all together. The interface features a large central panel for a large format movie to play with smaller icons calling in alternative clips to be shown within the same central window. Some transition work is required as well as the usual Audio On / OFF and 'Full Screen' capability.
A previous 'beta' incarnation has been created which will aid in the designer unerstanding the requirements of the project.

Basic clean flashsite in AS3

take an existing Flash build (in english) and appropriately adjust the user interface to accommodate a Chinese translation and proper Chinese reading. The design adjustments will need to be extensive. This is a large scale Flash development project which contains a large amount of rich media... QuickTime movies, audio, Flash animation, Flash Action Scripting and a large amount of text. The English text has already been translated to Chinese and needs to be inserted.

3D Animation in AS3
ll and going full screen and returning into the 3D wall again. At the moment all movements can be done by mouse events already. You need to code a scene manager in AS3 placing these events of movements in the timeline of Greensock. The rhythm is triggered by a beat generator event thrown into the scene. I will provide the code even for beat analyser. In the button line you need to code a scene manager and the music beat event manager.
