We're a small office environment and need a server admin/engineer to come in to our office in Pyrmont, Sydney and set up our Windows SBS 2003 Server:
Scope:
1. fresh install Windows SBS 2003 Server
2. configure internet access / router with dynamic IP address
3. set up active directory, dynamic DNS, DHCP
4. security- firewall, anti-virus, etc.
5. file sharing
6. user privileges
7. set up MySQL, MS-SQL
8. configure server to run server based web sites / apps to local machines
9. remote desktop
10. wake on lan, etc.
Optional
• project/document collaboration (using sharepoint or similar software)
there may be more which may be determined on the fly. we need someone who is very familiar with windows server 2003
we prefer a freelancer / recently graduated or advanced student who can come in and do the job in our office (after hours / weekends also OK) so a local candidate from Sydney, Australia will be selected. Please provide a small brief of your understanding in the bid or i will delete the bid- no generic bids. this could turn into ad-hoc ongoing work for a long time so expertise and value for money is a must.

- Enabling appropriate (SSL) security
- Make it possible to connect to Exchange from Outlook with RPC over HTTPS

One of our clients has a Windows Small Business Server 2003 and wants to have their 5 users in the Active Directory to have their own mail account. The incoming mail is a batched SMTP account. I would like to have an step-by-step explanation on how to set this up on this server.
