Hello, i use a Dating Community Script for my Website with a Template that was build in css, xhtml and it also has some .tpl files.
i need someone who can change it into a frameset template and integrate everything. dont need a new design.

There is no PHP coding apart from the headers and footers which much be in separate files and well structured for the obvious reasons. Each file to have .php extension.

No E-Commerce at all. We just need the clean HTML and CSS in the PHP files. The project only involves HTML slicing and includes. No custom modules. Just a static site design with .php extension
