Cartoon character needed for animation, done in flash 2d, I wil give a picture of real person, it should resemble him, but I dont need a detailed caricature, it should be simple enough to be animated. , please see attached picture and submit a watermarked mockup for consideration, need this done as soon as possible,

My idea of the character is a happy shark, (no teeth!) standing up. I need it in EPS, TIFF, or PSD format.
The deadline is Saturday, May 16, 2009.

Character Art for 2D Shooter/Platformer

The arm that holds the pistol would be a separate animation set because the angle will change depending on the mouse position. I'll pin the arm to the body in the game engine.
We're probably looking at 20-30 frames for this particular character. I'm building this game piece by piece and ideally would like to find somebody that I can come back to for more artwork.

_Just a chauffeur cartoon character and a theme to go with it._
The theme should be usable throughout the site.
Attached is a screenshot of the current work-in-progress. The current HTML, CSS, JS and graphics will be available to the coder. It's hampered by the colour of the logo, which cannot be changed.
Currently, the main graphic feature is a JavaScript slideshow. This is no longer needed.
Flash is not needed.
