The GOTO buttons have been clicked by the tutor and student, two video window portals of equal size, splitting the screen will appear; one portal for the teacher and one portal for the student. Both will be able to adjust their window size and volume without losing quality. Both will be able to minimize or maximize each of the windows. For example, if a student wishes to minimize their portal and see only the tutor, whose portal will take up the entire screen, they will be able to do this without losing quality. The quality of A/V will be of the highest quality at all times regardless of window or portal size. An END SESSION button will be available at all times for both parties. So, when the tutoring session is finished, they click the END SESSION button and this will bring each of them back to their own student or teacher home page.

The communication SHOULD BE PEER-TO-PEER; OpenTok is an example of NON peer-to-peer videoconference: it have TONS of latency and therefore, "echo". What I need is peer-to-peer communication to avoid that latency.
