Add to Project Description.Project DescriptionI have a script installed on my domain www.intervalbahamas.com that I need some errors and mistakes by the last programmer corrected and also add some new options and features. This script was originally eswaps scripts developed by iscripts, and it has been modified and customized for my needs. You may view my website at www.intervalbahamas.com. I have 11 points listed at the bottom that I need corrected and implemented.

Below are the 11 points for issues and options I need corrected and added.
1. Members package management from the admin area. Plan duration should count down should show remaining days left on membership plans. Right now the plan duration days DO NOT decrease with expired days. They all still show 365 days remaining from the day of registration. (http://www.intervalbahamas.com/admin/paymentmgmt.php)
2. When making offers on multiple week rentals, the offer must be at least for the minimum stay required on the listing. Therefore a member may not make an offer for 5 nights on a listing that has a minimum required stay of one week. If a member attempts to offer less than the required minimum stay they will receive a pop up notification. The option for minium stay is selected when a member is posting a listing in the add rental category.
3. Any email address may only be used for 1 active profile at anytime. Therefore members may not use the same email address to register more than 1 active profile. If a profile has been deleted, then the member may use that same email address again.
4. Any property that is unavailable because of exchange or rent offers accepted should automatically be removed from the system after 30 days. This applies to single week rentals and exchange listings only. If a multiple week listing has ALL of it's available weeks unavailable, then it will be deleted from the system after 30 days.
5. Change default text for Tell a friend. " I found this great website that is an excellent source to find the best vacation deals for The Bahamas. It is also the best site if you are looking to rent or exchange your Bahamas Vacation Ownership Property. " (http://www.intervalbahamas.com/tell_friend.php)
6. Currently the server setting for the upload_max_filesize is 2M, so it only allows file uploads of less than 2MB. I would like this increased to 5 MB because the music file I wish to upload is over 4 MB. http://www.intervalbahamas.com/phpinfo.php.
However I may want this song file edited so it may load and play faster.
7. When adding an exchange and rental listings, the departure calendar appears too far to the right. I would like it adjusted more to the center for better viewing.
8. Correct all text errors on all notification emails. I found that some of the nofication emails had words that were mispelled or wrong grammar.
9. Create pop up windows with help or instructions to make website more user friendly.
10. After I click on any link from the admin area I am prompted to log in again. This is very annoying that I have to keep loggin back in. Why is the happening and I would like corrected.
11. The advance search option does not work when searching dates for multiple week rentals. Even though a multiple week rental listing may have the dates available that are entered in the search criteria, that listing would not show up if those dates are entered.

Just for the record, please be aware that there is no <Buy> functionality required on the site. In other words, there's no need for "Add to Cart" or "Purchase" options. The site will simply allow customers to share what they are selling, and provide their contact information to the buyers. We are not to handle credit card information.

Website only needs very basic layout, I can take control of the design.
The homepage should display random links, and once a user has downloaded a link they cannot download it again so it does not show up again for them on the home page.
