Download PDF files from public sites and remove watermarks

My project has multiple parts:
1) I need people to download PDFs and remove a watermark that is currently on each PDF.
2) The PDF filenames will be renamed and uploaded to my website.
3) When you first download these public PDFs from the website, each page where the PDF appears will have "tags" and a one or two sentence description of what the PDF is. You will need to keep this information somewhere and in reference to the specific PDF, so when we upload the PDF files to my website, we can add the description and tags with it.
There is a data entry aspect with this project, because I will need people to enter in the tags and descriptions on the page with the PDF. My website functions as a wiki, so the data entry people should be able to enter the data through my wiki interface. I will have examples of how the data entry should be done on my website, and it should be a simple process to follow.

Convert Pdf Files Into Excel
nal output is a simple excel spreadsheet with four or five columns (date, transaction, payment amount, deposit). I will provide you with 5 statements, and each statement has about 4 or 5 pages of important data. The data in the pdf files can also be copied and pasted into excel - however the records in excel must perfectly match the pdf version.

After 1,000 downloads are reached, the system would need to cycle to another username and so on for all 7,000+ files.

Iphone Download Function
These files on our server are protected by Basic HTTP Auth. So you will have to pass the credentials, username and password to retrieve the files.
It should be able to handle large pdf files. >50mb
Save each of these files to the user's iphone. Filenames will be line1.pdf, line2.pdf, line3.pdf, etc.
Display contents of user's documents directory in console.
We don't need a whole app, just this function to input into our iphone project.
