One HTML page, with css and javascript

I have a webpage which allows the user to drag elements out of one box (from a tree-like structure) into another box. See the attached page1.html page for a fully working prototype.
I would like this webpage dressed up to look like page1_final.png There is no additional javascript functionality required. All colours, logos, icons etc can be found in the page1.zip file (a psd file)
Things to note:
- The menu system at the top has drop downs (hover over fact-a-day to see an example in page.html)
- The html and css you produce must be neat and easy for me to identify where the header (logo, login stuff, main navigation), the footer etc, and all other elements begin and end. Some components (header/footers etc) will obviously be reused.
- There are two versions of the login information at the top right, one for logged-in (as per page1_final.png and one for not-logged-in, see page1_login.png)
- The tree in the field-listing box on the left changes depending on which item in the Choose-fields box is selected. It must be highlighted, as “All” is in the page1_final.png. (page1.html is a working example)
- All text must be text. No text in images, please (except for the logo!)
- The items in the Field-listing box that are light-blue are those that have the ‘draggable’ class. This includes all leaves and some leaf-parents in the tree.
- The resulting html page must work (items draggable to the box on the right, removable from the box on the right, etc, etc) and look perfect on Explorer 7&8, Firefox and Chrome.
- Please note all the finer details (fonts, etc) are contained in the psd file. please do not work from the page1_final.png only as you will miss some finer details.
- I will post clarifications to this spec once queries start rolling in.
Much of the javascript will not change (page1.html is fully functional), but I expect almost the entire css and html to change.
Once I have the desired html, I will connect it to the scripts which produce the content of the page for testing.
There are many other pages which will use the same theme (and share headers, footers, and much of the css), which potentially will also be outsourced to the successful bidder.
PLEASE include one or two examples of web pages you have created to give me an indication of what you've done before.

I wish to create a simple website from a photoshop file that I already created. The winning bidder will be asked to translate the photoshop file into an html page with CSS code. In all there will be 5 blank pages, I will add the content. I may allow some creative touches, but I will have final approval. The one extra feature that is still up for debate is adding a blog through Wordpress. If added I would want the same background, header and layout as other pages.

HTML page using tables and nested tables. Everything is an image and no CSS or text. Needs some fixes to the nested tables. tables cannot be stacked and must be nested. 1 small page with template in place just needs fixing.
