I recently moved a php link directory from one server to another, and now the links in the directory are not going to the correct pages, and I cannot even log in.

I need the link directory restoring to full working order, with correct links, without losing any content.

Would like to find someone with plenty of experience with php link directory scripts who knows how to implement a feature that will limit the number of submissions that are possible from any given email address or url etc etc.
