I'm looking for a writer that knows the property investment market in the Southern US for a local company. We need to write 400-700 words articles regarding real estate property buying selling and investing. Need to write fresh website content for a new site.
The writer needs a great sense of humor and quick wit, can write a series of blogs about current investment properties along with buying selling and events maybe snap a few photos or videos and put something together that will grab the readers attention.
Experience in SEO, white hat, backlinks, video blogging needed. Bidders will need to show some previous work but experience and knowledge of the market is essential as the blog is read by many readers.
We are looking for a long term relationship with 3 to 5 blogs written per week and are looking to someone to bid per article.
A sample rewrite of existing website content will be required before awarding this project no exceptions will be made
Must be able to start at once with fast turnaround times.
