Required skills: MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture
Need an php application with the following requirements, this will be a file repository that allows the admin to upload files for clients to download. Users, once logged in will have access to general folders or files available to all users and private folders or files available only to that user as determined by the admin.
Ability to upload large files, including executable files, and assign them to a user or multiple users
Different levels of User Access control
Admin creates account, user can't create account
Admin uploads files, user CANNOT upload only download
Ability to create folders and assign files and users to them
Admin creates account and assigns username and password, email gets sent to user with login info

s, at the same time i am uploading multiple files it creates the records with the corresponding fields.

ASP.NET File Upload With Progress Information
ess bar to be displayed on the same page after the button is clicked. As well as the progress bar I need to provide the user with the number of kilobytes which have been uploaded so far and what is the total size of the file which needs to be uploaded.
I am not sure what code is needed to do this so please advise what code you will be using. The website which I want to add this is using asp and c#.

Phase1: Website login, registration form with access control

Magento: File Upload Extension In Seperate Tab

Simple Php File Upload / File Manager Script
llow me to upload files and select different directories as well as view the files in the directory.
need to also be able to rename/delete/copy/move, ect. basically functions similar to a FTP program.
Needs to be very small and compact (file size) and in one file with no images (use css).
Has to be flexible so I can upload it to any website directory and it will work without having to modify anything in the code.

Need assistance in getting coldfusion based website to allow uploads greater than 20mb.
The host is Go Daddy and have tried updating the php5.ini file and the web.config file, but it doesn't seem to solve the issue to allow large file upload for my Coldfusion site.
Please bid if you are familiar with go daddy hosting and increasing file size upload limits.
