Problem with my Mod Rewrite rule Repost

Hey all,
I had a mod-rewrite rule setup. This is the contents of my htaccess file:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^daylily/(.*)$ general/?serterm=$ 1 [L]

So the url http://site.com/general/?serterm=Robin-Frost should look like http://site.com/daylily/Robin-Frost. The problem I am experiencing is when I look at yahoo site explorer, it picked up http://site.com/general/ with the title of Robin Frost. Also, google only picked up one of the URL's that are rewritten, it should have been a couple of the URL's by now.
So is there a problem with this mod-rewrite rule? I can you give you exact URL's and examples in PM.
I've also already proven this has nothing to do with duplicate content.

Fix Rewrite Rule
I am having issues with a single rewrite rule in my .htaccess file. RewriteRule (.*).html$ /?pageid=$ 1 should rewrite urls such as https://www.websiteurl/?pageid=thispage to https://www.websiteurl/thispage.html but is not working. I need someone whom knows modrewrite rules on apache to fix this rule so that it works without breaking any of the other url rewrites on the website.

When I check it on crawl tool (http://tool.motoricerca.info/robots-checker.phtml) I have this problem:
Line 1 User-agent: *
Line 2 Disallow: /forward302.aspx
And I dont have that line 2 on my robots.txt file

Simple Problem With Js On Ie
Seems like an very easy job, for someone who knows what he's doing.
Just access the website with IE and with Firefox and hoover to menu where it says - Home / Web Hosting / Services and so on.
It firefox the other menu pops up, and in IE doesn't.

Problem With Ie
I have got serious problem with my website few day after it's transfer ... it's ok on mozilla firefox and google chrome but it's really bad on Internet Explorer ... could you examine it for me and tell me what I have to do please ... let me know please, it's seems that something wrong with my website.

I've a problem with my italian joomla 1.0 site; basically in the frontend all the letter are diplayed correct ?????, but when i check the HTML they look weird, and that is no good for SEO

Problem with non US letters

I get error when i need to activate the client in plesk.
If i chance the no US letters to US letters all works fine
If i enter the exact same information with none US letters(ÆÐÞÖöðæ)into the plesk manual there is no problem.
So i need to fine out what is happening when the WHMCS sends the information over to plesk.
And if possible fix it.

Right now i'm having a SEO problem with my main webpage in google. we have more websites and my main was always highest in ranking, but now my other pages are better indexed by Google and highe rin ranking. Looks like google does only index the frontpage, not all pages anymore
