Funny Picture iPhone and Android App

I need a pretty simple network of iPhone and Android apps created. Basically it is going to be a network of apps that will display funny pictures.
I am going to create approximately 10 different apps that each display a specific category of images and then 1 app that has ALL of those pictures.
Please download "iReddit", "Funny Pics" and "Epic Fail". iReddit costs $ .99 but you HAVE to buy it otherwise I cannot work with you. When you open iReddit, please go to "Pics". Please make the app look very similar to this for the list of the images. The user should have the option of viewing the images by list like iReddit or by thumbnails like "Funny Pics", which you also need to download for the iPhone. Funny Pics is the main app this should be modeled after, because it does a lot of things really nicely.
I would like for the pages that display the images to be like Epic Fail. Users should be able to "download, rate and share". I want there also to be Commenting on the images. I want Rating to be easier... The user should be able to click a button and 5 stars will automatically show up and the users can rate it 1-5. Also, there should be a button to "Comment" just like on iReddit. If you click on the comments button on iReddit you will first see all the comments that exist and then they can post their own original comments or comment on other people comments.
I should be able to easily recreate different apps and add new ones simply via an admin area. You should create 10 different databases on my server so that I can go in and create 10 new apps easily. So basically you will need to create one of the model apps for funny pictures. You should also put me in a position to create 9 other apps that are basically the exact same thing (but I will change the splash page and the logo and some text... I have some experience in Xcode so it should be set up so that I can easily do it). Also you will need to create one main app that displays all the images from each sub-app. On the main app, the list of images on the main page should display which sub-app it is from. For each sub-app, we will assign a name for the app.
Users should be able to sign up for accounts and make comments. The user based will be the same for ALL apps. So if you sign up for an account on app1, the username and password will also work for app2.
There should be buttons for Recent, Popular, and Random. Recent will show the images in the order of when they were uploaded. Popular will show the highest rated. For popular, it should list the highest rated that were uploaded within the previous 24, hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 365 days. For random it should just popular a list of random images. When it doubt, please make this function JUST like "Funny Pics."
