I want to make a 5 minute video about the life of Emile Durkheim in Adobe Premiere Elements. Something simple, but they look good. I need to do the dubbing of the video if you can make a script would be good, hence why it was only translate into my language.

ideo editing solution for text portion only... example:
I have a video that can be wmv, mov or mp4 and the video references text in multiple shots... I am looking for easy solution to replacing the text portion of video on the fly...

Here is an example... assume the video has a text line that says -
"This is a big dog" and the name is in the video multiple time.. is there a solution to edit that portion of text in video on the fly?
