Developing a Flippa.com Script for Guruscript.com

We are a French company that develops scripts. We are in selling scripts business from 2002: www.guruscript.com.
We are looking for a provider who can provide or develop for us a FlippaScript like for example flipmarketplace.com to being added in our product list of scripts.
Tasks requested:
a) Provider have to provide or create a FlippaScript like for example flipmarketplace.com
For example: if you just developed a Flippa site you can show this site to us and of we like it you can create the script starting from your site.
b) Script must be created on our servers and named Guruflippascript.and Script must be visibile on a demo site on Guruflippascript.com where you have to install it and debug
d) Script must be zipped for being selled by our digital delivery system and downloaded by our customers
e) You have to create an installer for this script adding inside the zip a small txt with some basic instructions for help installation by our future customers
f) You have to send us a list of the script features (frontend and back end) in order we can create a page like for example this one on our site http://guruscript.com/linux.php for describing the script
