3D Pixar Type Character Animation

I'm in need of a 3D character for my website. I need to image to be in the final format of a jpg or png file. I'm looking for Pixar type features when the character is done - like characters on Shrek or Monsters Inc. look.
I would like to have a broccoli character made into a doctor with a white lab coat, stethoscope around the neck and holding a clipboard. I've named him Dr. Broc. I have attached a 2D cartoon image so you can get a rough idea of the type of character I'd like. In the picture that I attached I don't like the fact that Dr. Broc's head has no resemblance of a few broccoli stalks. I would like that to be present in the final image as well. This character will only have to be a still image. It doesn't have to be "moving" or "animated". If you could show an initial rough draft of a Dr. Broc character or have a portfolio of similar type work that I can look at I would appreciate it. If you have any ideas on how to make this character really stand out please feel free to share them.
This character is going to go on the homepage of my website. Here is a beta version of my unpublished website - http://www.wix.com/rxvette/Pursue%20A%20Healthy%20You. This character will go on the right hand side of the screen where all the empty space is. He has about an area the size of this to fit into - width=325 by height=500.

3D, Rotatable, Interactive, Clickable Animation for Website

The entire environment will be rotating automatically, but the user should be able to alter the speed and direction of the rotation, possibly the axis as well. Rotation should stop when an object is hovered on, then start back up when no longer hovered.
The ability to zoom in and out would be a nice effect, though not entirely necessary.

Character animation rigging with 2 sets of animation sequences

We have a 3d model of a mascot and need someone to rig and animated 2 sequences:
1. "rest" mode, where character's arms are swinging slightly, breathing, and eyes blink, with head bobbing slightly.
2. jump for joy sequence, "Yay" type of jump.
Both animations should loop seamlessles.
model is in 3ds max.

Logo 3d Anaglyph Design And Animation
I have a logo which I want it animated. Once animated it must be in 3D anaglyph and the user must wear animated glasses to get the full experience.
