I require a digital photography website designed.

I would like the site to be converted into a site that can be easily navigated and that will also display the route I took home on my yacht.
I would also like to be able to upload and down load pictures to and from the site.
I want the person who designes the website to use their own creativity to make it look professional and inviting to take a further look.
I would also like some SEO done on the final website.
- I want to own the source code
- Post implementation support is required for some time after the completion of the design
At this stage, I am seeking an indicative costing of an application of this size.
Please note that during the project, some minor requirement changes are bound to happen so please factor that in your quotes.

ll these options, and able to be customised to be consistant throughout my site, and minimise my need for multiple systems.
I'm ok for this to take a little while to complete, however I will need do some of these in stages - the urgent part of this is to get at least 1 gallery set up so guests can purchase, ideally in the next 2 weeks.
