Google Earth layers

Tips as to what kind of free source data exists, like county boundaries, populations and so on helpful (not your fault if there isn't any!).

I would hope it can be organised in "layers",so different views/levels of detail and be selected as required.

I require a web site that has google earth embedded

It needs to be able to :

1. Store digitised maps
2. embed web sites that have maps
3. upload maps in kml, shp type formats
4. Be able to import csv, xl files and convert them to KML/KMZ

I wish to have a Google Earth overlay (end product will be a .kmz file) that will present Facebook and Twitter activity for the contentinental US.

This is a very simple project. This project is for tracking a delivery truck.

Given multiple points in a Microsoft Excel sheet, with each point having its longitude and latitude. A user should be able to see all these given points and the path the truck took using Google Earth.

The freelancer should be able to start immediately and deliver the work within few days.

We need a small program for an emergency service company.
The program needs to let the user enter an address into either Google Earth/Maps or Bing Maps.
Make a radius around the address.
Within the radius make customized (can be predefined) labeled grids (i.e. 1 mile, 2 mile ect.)
Ability to print out all grids individually.

I am looking for somebody with significant KML editing / Google Earth Pro experience to add timestamps and set up a time line that can show the movement of a placemark across a path. The data set is already pre-loaded into Google Earth; what I need is someone with the expertise to add in the timestamps and the time-linked moving placemark.
