VBA/Excel Programming For JPEG Image Processing

Project : Conversion of a JPEG image to Excel/VBA readable data
Concept: The development of an algorithm in excel/VBA or matlab to scan an image in JPEG format and represent the X-Y cordinate data in an organized excel read-able data form. You might need to go through following steps:

1. Extraction of data from JPEG image, and representation of that data using colors function in Excel. A JPEG image will be taken of resolution of 2000x2000 max. As for each single pixel in that image, a code written in excel/VBA is required to represent the data from image into an excel illustration , e.g. graphs, charts etc

2. Use of VBA/Excel programming or Matlab to make a program which can scan any similar image using the algorithm developed in first step. And can represent the data with the use of RGB colors function in VBA/Excel.
Basically the application of the concept

3. An organized way to sort, filter the data points/values from this huge pile of information.

I could help you by giving you some examples of the images i want to use for the concept (Attached one image). The format of images will be in JPEG format.

if it gets a postive answer it shall write a new file - comletion_log in which shall stand how many images has been created, how many images had errors like if the link is broken etc. and a comment that the task was completed.

It is important that all the images from the list has been processed either by image creation or error_log including (broken link etc.) without to manually restart the script, if the restart is needed it shall be done automatically by script checking.

Also the error log shall remain for the uploaded images if some are missing in the uploading - means if links are broken or so it shall be as it is now that the error_log.xls which is existing right now still shall be written in the broken links etc.

As for the error_log it shall tell which images from the excel sheet are not existing in the folder original and if some process brakes, means if not completed.

So the only difference would be the temp folder and processing the resize from the temp folder.

The other thing what the script does is image rename (for which no adjustment is to be made) and the image location and new image name is uploaded to the server by a .xls sheet (in column A row by row are the image links and in column B the new names).

Jpeg Image Separation

I have a jpeg image that has four separate images that I need to have put into four separate colored images. I have attached the file that I need to have separated. There are four bears in the image that are in four different colors. I need to have the bears broken out into four separate jpeg images with each one set to a different color as seen in the original image
