Linux VPS Server Configuration & Optimization
Required skills: Apache, Linux, MySQL, System Admin, Web Security
I have a Linux VPS. Centos 5.5 & Webmin.
1.Need to configure, optimize & secure server.
2.Need to configure, optimize Webmin. Mysql, Apache, DNS, FTP, etc
3.Configure IPTABLES
4. Turn off unused daemons & Harden services
5. htaccess to limit access to certain robots, and to eliminate all blacklisted ips. Need to show me a way to update this regularly. Optimize for joomla sef.
I will only be using it for hosting joomla websites, so focus on security and optimization mainly for this.
Will not give direct access to server. Everything needs to be done by teamviewer or another app. I will share screen, mouse and keybord in a team collaboration environment(like teamviewer) and need to see all changes done.
Must have great english communication.
Once awarded, you need to tell me how and what you are doing for each point. and I will findout if you know what you are doing. If you know your stuff, then I will deposit full balance in to escrow and release when finished.

Secure &install Antivirus. Ids And Ip On Godaddy Vps Server
gone through some serious series of hacks. The sites have been cleaned but i saw another trace of hacker yesterday.
