Cron to extract product & stock level / Supplier to Mangento

Looking for a solution to have my website automaticaly updated with product details including stock levels.
This could be acheived either by creating a CRON to scan my distributors website but bare in mind this will need username and password to access the site as well as selecting which state to scrape. If my website needs changes made it is a Magento platform so you will need experience in working with magento.
(Possible problems with this option is my sell price would then need to be the RRP unless you come with a way to add the percentage to my buy price).
Another option could be partially manual in the fact I can download the latest pricelist in an .xml or .csv file format and merge that data from my export of all products from the Magento site or save the distributors pricelist somewere so that my Magento site can scrap the file for details. This option will allow me to work on my sell price before import to the website.
Out of the options mentioned please feel free to be creative thinking outside the box but remembering this needs to be as simple as possible to reduce my time required on managing stock levels as I do not house any stock I use drop ship methods so rely on knowing what stock levels my distributors have.

Extract Product Data From Oscommerce

We also need a tweak done to an existing project. There was a qty box added to each product listing page, but isn't working as desired. For example, if you do a search which brings you to a product page, then you add a product to cart, you have to search again to go back to the same page, very annoying. We also just want to have one button at the bottom of the page to add everything at once. Not add each qty individually.
