I need a bot that will take a TXT file of cell phone numbers, and send SMS through Google Voice (5 numbers at a time, separated by comma), with a specific message that I specify through another TXT input file. A delay time will also be needed.

Google Search Engine Result Scraper
mly select a proxy from the list of provided proxies in the .txt file that was select from the user interface.
It should also save the results to a .txt file called "results.txt" that is in the same folder as the .exe is running out of AS THEY ARE SCRAPED. So if the bot crashes or the computer crashes, whatever it has scraped thus far will still be saved to the .txt file.
I'd like to keep this project at as low a cost as possible.

A human on the videos is not required - but a bonus if you can offer it.
Also, a voice over would be preferred, but again, not essential, as long as the video has decent backing music.
