Install Floating Menu / Scrolling Script on ASP Website

We need to install a flating menu script on our website. The menu graphics have already been created and in place on the website, we would like someone to install a script so that the menu floats / scrolls down the page as the customer scrolls down. This needs completing today as a matter of urgency. Please do not bid unless you can complete this evening.

Complete website design and integrate my script into the new site design. I have all the graphics needed and the wireframe. Installation of script is VERY easy – takes 5 minutes.
I do have a very tight budget, so please keep this in mind when bidding. Also, I do have experience in web design, so I do know this project is simple and not at all complicated. I would do it myself but I just do not have the time.

Installing the adf.ly clone script to my website
I have only problem with it. You will have the script folder and in that folder is a folder where they show how you can install the script on a website. But I could not install it. As already mentioned there is a very simple job and does not require such a long time. Simply copy the files and change something. I was fooled once for this and therefore do not want be contacted by people who have no clue about installing website scripts.
