server which i cancelled. I now have a new server and requested backup files from my previous server. They sent me all files in my server and i tried installing them in to my new server but unfortunately it does not work.

We will need to have a Master users which will have access to the files and be able to view all files and download or delete as necessary. We do not need to give the user a link to re-download the file once it has been uploaded to our FTP site.
