This game is up to 30to40 levels so keep in mind its huge game and it depends on you how fast you can work.You can share your ideas for game development like story board and designing of any part in the game. So Happy bidding....

It's a single sprite sheet with roads, pavements, trees, buildings, pedestrians, cops, vehicles etc. animations can be 2 or 4 frame animations, depending on importance of sprite. Estimated between 50 - 100 tiles / sprites total. Deadline is before the end of the month, so there's a bit of a hurry.
