I want to keep the overall colour scheme and keep the existing logo.
I need a really professional strong page that delivers the message.
I want someone who understands the subtleties of flash with going over board.
The messages are:
Left top half: "YOUR 3D XRAY PARTNER"
Bottom left a box with "CLICK HERE TO REFER YOUR PATIENT"
Right hand side:

I want the home page to be Catchy, Fun, animated and easy to navigate. I am not looking for anything traditional or basic.
I have attached some color samples that I like.
I would like to see some previous work and if you could maybe design a mock up for me. As you can see I have only great reviews. I am very easy to work with and I pay right away. For this reason I only expect the best. I appreciate any and all bids. Thanks.

Building a facing page for an existing website
You will need good knowledge of the usual skillsets, PLUS a good working knowledge of ASP.NET.
Note: in the past, we have had experiences where we have had to start from scratch becuse the supplied code has not been up to the standard required. Therefore we will pay only a small milestone until we have seen evidence that the page being built is up to the standards we need. Please do not bid unless you are prepared for this.
