Make changes to flash page on the front of my website

I want to make changes to my Home page.rar (Home_page.fla) ,
URL new Flash Front file.zip (FLA) contains promo video to place into top right of Home_page.fla file.
I have a couple changes on the front page of www.unsignedradiolounge.com. On the front page where it says: "Unsigned Radio Lounge is Europe's leading internet radio station playing only the very best new music from new, unsigned and emerging artists worldwide." I just want to add a couple of words so I want it to read: "Unsigned Radio Lounge is the world's leading internet radio station and music licensing company for the very best new music from unsigned and emerging artists worldwide." and the other change on the front page home tabs is to take off testimonials and replace to say "In-Store Music" and when they click on "In-Store Music" it will redirect to "http://www.unsignedradiolounge.com/Instore/index.php". In additon to the front page I want you to change where it says Testimonials on the Home Tabs and change to "In-Store Music." Also down to the middle of the page and to the far left it says "Music Videos" I want it changed to "Music Videos/Live Video Stream" Also I want you to add "Get Your 10 Free Music Downloads" in the appropriate place as sent in the image I attached.
I attached a jpg so you can see the additional changes.
I will also send you the rest of the home page file so you can do the job when I pick the winning bidder.
I want someone who can start right away and has much knowledge in flash and can send me the file when finished so I just forward to my programmer and her can upload to my site.

I need every zip code in the USA added to my website.. I would like it to be a driop down, this way the customer has to enter a valid zip code and not 0 or 11111 for example..

Simple change to flash logo
I have an existing flash logo, but the background color does not match the background color on the header of my website. I just need the background color of the animation to match the background on my site so that it does not look like a cut-out.
