How much would it cost to create a stock exchange website, preferable a one that looks and works similarly to this one: http://bse.hu/
There's no need to have an online trading ability, nor the ability to register a username. I just want a stock exchange website that shows daily and hourly statistics of stock trade, stock prices (ups and downs for multiple companies), etc. It should be done as simple as possible, as our budget for the moment is not yet fully defined, meaning complicated design and graphic elements can be cut down.

A referral exchange website
I would like a referral exchange website. based on a coin system. a user can offer X amount of coins for every referral. the user who registers under their referral would then get their coins. I would like this to be integrated with paypal so people can buy coins.

App For Iphone Needed Regarding Stock Exchange Announcement
that displays these announcements when the app is started, and can alert the user when his/her stock has an announcement (even when the app is not active - maybe an automated email? any thoughts?). There needs to be a form where the user can input his/her stock codes (3 digit identifiers as shown on the website). Then the user can click on the announcement which will open the link to a pdf file.
Can anybody let me know if this is possible?

The homepage should display random links, and once a user has downloaded a link they cannot download it again so it does not show up again for them on the home page.
