my platform is a win2k3 server (i have full control over) and asp.net 2.0-3.5 (c#) with AJAX support, running on a mssql2005 backend, incase any of that is relevant when making this.
if you can provide some proof that you've completed something similar in the past, that'll help me make a decision faster. i may be willing to go as high as $ 400 for someone who can prove they're qualified (past similar projects)

Flash Picture Viewer XML
I need a simple Flash Image Viewer exactly like my sample file. But with a clean XML file.
The shown example ist part of a gallery with lots more feateres and this causes a chrash in my website.
The Goal is, to have a viewer wich shows an extern jpg. The jpg may have different sizes (allways the same high of 460px, only the width change) and should slowly scroll from left to right and backwards and so on.
