I need a custom Joomla template made from the attached PSD. The navigation buttons should be text-based, and editable using the menu module config in Joomla. The pages should scale vertically, depending on the content in the body.
The text at the top should be editable in a module. The footer copyright text should be a module as well.

You code must be clean, use gzip compression when possible and look good. All elements of the template must be included in the design and must be tested to work correctly.
