Convert PSD to Drupal Theme
Required skills: Drupal, PSD to HTML, PSD2CMS
I attached a png of the layout I want you to convert to a Drupal 6 theme. I will provide you a PSD, and you will convert it to Drupal. The drop down menu must work(in all listed browsers using nice menus). The layout must look the same as the PSD for the following browsers: Safari(all releases in past 6 years), IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9, Konqueror, Flock, Firefox 1-3. Unlike the PSD, I want the content area to be fixed at 960 pixels. Make sure everything is lined up in a grid like fashion. I also want the content area to be centered, unlike the PSD. Your layout must be xhtml valid(strict). It must also be search engine friendly(that means headers in header tags), etcetera. Slider must also be installed and look like picture.

When I say content area being centered, I mean that the whole page is shifted to the right. I want you to make it centered instead. I did not mean that the content area(where proving parapsychology is located) to be centered. That is fine as is.
