Price Compare New Feature needed!

I have a price compare website which scrapes prices regularly and is actually currently been improved a lot. But I want the site to have a function for webmasters to be able to use products off my site on their site, but their affiliate Ids would only be shown a certain % of the time meaning id also get commission as a result. For example webmasters would be able to sign up to this service and find products on my site they want on theirs and it will create some code they can simply put in there site, also they will be given access to a control panel where they will enter their affiliate ids and they will be integrated to the products they choose. Its coded in PHP your site will be integrated with my current one.
