Zen Cart - Order despatch notification and tracking ref

We have a Zen Cart site and we have added the following functionality:
- Added a new order status called "Despatched"
- When an order comment is added and the order status is updated to "Despatched", the customer receives an automated email which contains the tracking reference (entered by the store owner in the order comments field) and some pre-formatted text, including a link to the courier website.
However the email isn't working consistently.
This should be a quick fix. The email is sent to both plain text and HTML customers in the relevant format.

Zen Cart - database inventory upload and configuration
but I need to get the inventory loaded. I have a file from the supplier that lists a lot of the details of each product - price, description, plus other fields. Then I have another file that has weights so I can calculate shipping. I also have permission to use the product images on his site since I am using him to dropship. These pictures would have to be integrated with the products as well.

I need to extract from two MySQL tables and create a CSV file that will contain one record for each customer order including a quantity for each item ordered. All the data exists in an unmodified Zen Cart database. I want to be able to choose by purchased date which records will be exported.
