I need a HTML website created from my photoshop files.
This will be a 5 page site with all the pages being very similar to the attached file.
The site must be created in CSS and not tables. Please don't apply if you plan on using tables.
The site will have a bit of javascript animation.
A working contact form is needed for the contact page.
a media player will need to be added to one page.
