Web Site Design with DIV/CSS HTML

Hello.
One of our customers would like to build a web site similar to
g r o u p o n.com and g r o u p o l a.com
We want someone to do the graphical design of the site and then provide the design as a DIV/CSS HTML design. No HTML tables are allowed within the site, only DIVs. We would like to change the look and feel of the site by only changing CSS of the design. We request the following pages to be designed. Since we are new to this group buying concept, if you feel that there needs to be some additional pages for a complete design, please let us know.
1-Master page:
Header on top with register and login links
Center: main content column
On the side addition information column
On the bottom: additional links, copyright etc.
“Template Divs” for adding content to different parts of the page (center, side)
2-Main page – daily deal page:
All the standard stuff, header, picture, price, countdown timer, product info, number of purchases up to now, share in FB, Twitter and email, etc…
3-All Live Deals:
List of deals with small picture, description, countdown timer, buy button,
4-Previous Deals
Same as Live Deals, without counter and buy button.
5-Registration page
6-Login page
7-User info tabs:
List of previously bought items
List of gifts
Account Edit page
Profile details page
8-How it works page

We want the design to have a slightly oriental theme/style. Sand and camels can be used or similar stuff.
We are very strict on usage of DIVS and CSS in the HTML code of the pages.
Since the name of the site is not decided yet you can simply call it Group By.
Our customer is more into functionality and budget then the beauty of the design, so we need a good price and good HTML code. The design can be minimalist.

Game Servers will need a table or list of offered game server with a 'More Info' link and an 'Order Link'.
Dedicated Servers will need 3 large buttons with files to fill in information such as 'Package Name, Server Type, Specs (Processor, Memory, HDD Space, Bandwidth, Panel). Virtual Servers will need the same as Dedicated Server page.

tain links like "About us", "References", "Contact" maybe a few more.. I need a catchy frontpage, a standardpage for text and a page for presenting references... No dynamic code only a redesign and some html. It should be a clean and professional design with focus. This design is very important for me. It is suposed to represent my company in the best possible way. Maybe a backend would be nice, but it depends on the price.
