Need ideas to add more contents, make it look more professional, add more functionalities and features like a popular radio show website.

I am starting an online radio station and need a unique, tight, creative logo that represents my brand accurately. I have tried other people, and they have come up with designs that just don't pop and make too much use of stock images.
