I need someone to help me with my bulk email newsletter to our e-club. I am aware that software is available to purchase but it doesnt seem the right application. s format or .txt format. I have access to a shared server with PHPList with a limitation to send only 500 messages per 30 minutes. I want this process to be programmable and automated. I do not wish to pay another website to use their smtp servers, too expensive for this quantity. I have not posted a fee that I willing to pay for this project because I MUST BE ASSURED and SEE SOME RESULTS. NEED TO GET STARED RIGHT AWAY. I would like this setup and working in three days if possible.
