Excel VBA based Macro - Exports HTML doc and Draft in Outloo

Hi Freelancers,
I'm looking for an experienced Macro developer to create a Macro that will take data from a spreadsheet, and based on the specific data export that information into an HTML document or excel document. I'd also like it to then create a "Draft" email in Outlook with specific text that I'll provide, and the HTML/excel document attached to it.
There's only about four outputs into the HTML field, but it's based on specific criteria in the original bulk sheet. I can provide you an example of it if you'd like to take care of, and will provide a product roadmap of exactly how it should work on what conditions, and what the outputs should be based off of these conditions.
I believe this should be very simple to create, but will probably require some back and forth on our part. The HTML documents will usually only have about 1-10 items that need to be added to it. Each "Draft" will include only one HTML file, but will be based on the specific output type of the HTML file.

VBA Macro Needed to Copy Formatted Data in Excel
on the existing input sheet, takes the resulting formatted data on the output sheet and copies the formatted report so it gets its own new sheet. The macro would repeat the process until all the IDs in the CSV data have been processed. This would mean pasting 10 data sets all at once and still getting 10 reports.
We’d then like excel to prompt for a ‘Save As’ and, if possible, pre-populate a file name based on the CSV data used.
