Retrieving data from Excel File

Hi all, I have attached 2 files to this advertisement:
(1) 14pairs.zip [This contains 14 excel files]
(2) Template.xlsx [This is where i want the data to be in]
More in depth description/deliverables:
(a) The data in 14 pairs.rar will be obtained every hour. The data will be stored in a specified folder.
(b) I need the vba code to be in the template to be able to pick up data from the 14 files every hour.
E.g., @ 01 August 2010 17:00 hrs it will go to the folder and retrieve all relevant data from the 14 files and copy and paste in the correct sections (so on and so forth till the end of the week). So every hour of the week (it will access each of the 14 files and paste the data into the relevant spreadsheet in Template.xlsx.
You will notice that there are 2 spreadsheets (Sell and Buy Currencies) with 7 sections of space each, to allow the VBA code to copy and paste the data.
(c) Please provide some documentation so i can submit this as a project.
P.S. Please send me the rough estimate of the cost of this program

It is very improtant that you descend down from that number rather than start at 1. You would need to enter the results into an excel file to form the following fields:

I have data on one sheet and need a maco written to take data from one sheet and move to another. I will need to mail a sample of what I need done to explain better but it rather easy if you know how to work with excel.

For now, This is all we need. Once we verify the data ... phase 2 will require you to convert this to a PDA format software. That will be more better paid.
We need this phase 1 extraction within 1 week and then phase 2 will commence once our analysis of data is complete with the next 2 months.

I will be getting data in excel files as shown in the uploaded sample file. I would need some one who knows how to extract the value out from the files. Bear in mind that some cells are merged together.
Probably write a simple component for me to integrate into main application. Can use open source like Jakarta POI.
