Education company needs to speed up it´s web site development and seeks for AS3 Experts to join the existing team. The web site is almost done missing some code refactory, bug fix, and new requirements development.

**Job Flow:
- The technical briefing will be made from e-mail and/or Google Gtalk
- Discussions will be done among the issues
- And the final briefing will be posted in the PMB
- the contracted must reply with the hour-effort estimative
- The contracted must upload the files and codes to the Microsoft Visual Source safe to be tested using a Cisco VPN (wait for further instructions)
**Required:
- OOP experience
- Solid Experience with AS3
- Former AS3 jobs portfolio to be presented
- 3 years AS3 experience or more
- Elastic layout experience
**Desirable:
- Notions of Microsoft Visual Source Safe
- Notions of Adobe Flash Dynamic Streaming
- Notions of project patterns
**Environment:
- Google Talk Availability from discussions from 5PM to 11PM GMT

We would also like an I –phone application as well to work with this page so that the users can upload videos from the I-phone to the Video Site we want created.
