reload external js file through ajax multiple times

I have a php page that includes external links. The associated javascript file uses ajax to update the content on the page based on certain user actions. I want to use the snapshots js library to show a preview of my external links: (see http://www.snap.com/). I am able to load the library on demand from the jquery code, but only once.
E.g. page displays, js code calls snapshots js library and all my external links now have previews. However, if I do an action on the page which causes some of the page content to change (through ajax). the new content does not have the link preview functionality. It seems that I can only load the external snapshots js library once to apply it to my page.
I am looking for somebody who can show me how to load this js file multiple times (every time the content on the page changes through ajax) or come up with a suitable workaround I will expect you to show me a demo of this working and then make sure it works on my site.

The user is going to come home from work, plug into their laptop or PC a USB Stick, then login to our system and upload the files. We need a reliable system that once started can be left alone until complete.
Scripts must be compatible with IE6 & above, Firefox 1.5 & above, safari and all other major browsers.
Please submit PM and answer that you can or have done this work previously.

Css Dynamic Tabs Issue
o the above page and click the four tabs, you will see the content is running through the footer. The tabs are coloured, this also is not working.
In IE, you may go file > Save As > Webpage complete and download the files which are being used.
I require the problem fixed or another method used.

The site runs with a JS file that works the pop ups to login and sign up. It does not work in IE for some reason.

most part but not efficiently. Some browsers are parsing the sidebars directly underneath the paragraph completely, while others are connecting. We need a better way to connect these sidebars because the method I am using is just not going to work.
